Our cherry cordials feature Italian candied cherries, cognac and rich dark chocolate. The luscious fondant centers are aged for at least 2 weeks before selling, creating the perfect liquid center surrounding the cherries. These cherries make for a perfect present, or a gift to treat yourself with.

This box includes:
- 4 cherry cordials
- Italian candied cherries with handmade cognac fondant
- luxury box with decorative stretch loop

These cordials contain uncooked cognac, so they may not be suitable for children.

M2 Confections is a husband and wife team of chefs who have combined nearly 30 years of experience in professional kitchens across the USA. Jonathan Mathews has spent his career working in savory applications, working in restaurants in Chicago, New York and most recently in Denver. Though his career has been built on savory food, Jonathan has had a passion for confections for his entire life and has always dreamed of owning his own business. Kendall Mathews is the talent behind the production of the candies, with experience in pastry kitchens spanning the country, as well as the creation of award-winning chocolate collections in New York. Her attention to detail and pastry talent allows for expertly crafted confections with a modern twist.

M2 Confections is the culmination of years of effort by Kendall and Jonathan to open their own business, and has now become a reality! The skills provided by years of experience translate into delicious candies, decadent confections and luxurious chocolates. This is their lifeblood and passion, and they can’t wait for you to try what they’ve got in store!

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot receive any items back that we have sent out. It represents food safety issues that we unfortunately cannot overlook.

The short answer is, it varies. Our truffles and bon bons should be consumed within 2 weeks of receipt, but will last in the fridge up to 6 weeks (bring back to room temperature before eating!). We do not use any preservatives in our candies and truffles, which means they aren't as shelf stable as commercially made chocolate. Our candy bars will last at least 2 months, and our s'mores kits will last at least 1 month if stored at room temperature. If you are concerned about how long something should be consumed, ask us directly at m2confections@gmail.com.
