HOW TO SEND THE IMAGE(S)?

There are 2 ways to send the image(s) that you would like engraved, and either option can be done before or after the purchase. Do not worry, if you forget to send the image, we will be contacting you to confirm the engraving details before starting on your order through Etsy Messages or through the email linked with your order. OPTION 1: Contact us from our Etsy storefront or directly from your order receipt found in your purchase history. Click the icon in the upper right corner of the reply box, browse your device and select the image(s) you would like to use. Press Send and we will confirm once we've received it. OPTION 2: Send an email with the image(s) or any engraving details to our email address at karvedcreations1@@gmail.com

HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?

We customize most items in our shop, therefore please feel free to reach out with any questions or ideas. Any design you see in our storefront can be personalized however you like. We offer a wide variety of engraving options: photos, fingerprints, handwriting, logos, drawings, designs in any language etc. We do not have a set number of characters that we request for engraving because that will depend on the font and engravable space of the piece. Feel free to send us your image/personalization request before ordering. We can let you know if it will work on your jewelry or if we recommend adjustments for the best results. You can put any engraving details you want us to know using any of the two methods described in the previous question.

WHAT KIND OF PHOTO DO YOU NEED FOR ENGRAVING?

A high-quality image that is in-focus and in good lighting conditions is recommended for the best results. We put in a lot of time and care to edit and retouch every image to achieve the best engraving result, therefore if your image does not have the best quality, we will definitely do our best to make it look as good as we can when it’s engraved. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you want us to check out your image for the engraving.

WHAT TYPE OF FINGERPRINT DO YOU NEED FOR ENGRAVING?

For the fingerprint we need a clear digital copy or a focused photo of an ink on paper fingerprint. We edit every fingerprint, therefore if your print has an irregular shape or poor definition between the lines, we will do our best to crop it to resemble an actual print and we will clear it up a little to bring out some more definition within the print. We can engrave any print: handprint, footprint, paw print, nose print etc. If it’s for a memorial piece, you can send us the fingerprint file that you already have or request the prints directly from the Funeral Home. If you do not have a fingerprint image, we recommend using the Pencil/Clear Tape/Blank Paper or Ink Pad fingerprint methods (please contact us for instructions if needed).

DO YOU PROVIDE PROOFS?

Yes, we do provide a digital preview of the design to confirm the layout and any engraving details within 48 hours after the purchase. Please kindly note, it will not be a representation of the final product after engraving but a digital preview to confirm the placement of everything. If applicable, please double check the dates and the spelling of all the names because we do have a quick turnaround time, and most likely your order will be going into production as soon as the layout is approved. LEATHER BRACELETS: Please kindly be aware, this does not apply to leather bracelets, which we engrave by hand, therefore, unfortunately we cannot provide a preview for that specific item.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE OF AND WHAT ARE YOUR CARE RECOMMENDATIONS?

Our jewelry, crafted from durable 316L stainless steel, does not tarnish, ensuring it retains its shine over time. Additionally, its hypoallergenic property makes it a safe choice for those with sensitive skin. It can be worn in the water but for the best care of your piece and the engraving, we suggest removing jewelry before exercising, swimming, bathing and sleeping. Try to minimize contact with moisture (water, lotion or perfume). When not in use, store carefully. To clean your item, use any jewelry cloth (included) or mild soap, water and soft cloth to dry right away. LEATHER BRACELETS are made with genuine leather. Please do not get the bracelet wet or submerge in the water. We recommend taking it off when swimming or showering.

WHAT ABOUT SIZES AND LENGTHS?

You can find the dimensions and chain lengths (if applicable) for every piece in the product photos in each listing. Some listings may have multiple chain style and length options in the drop-down bar. Please contact us if a different chain length is needed or if you have any questions.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We usually need 2 business days after the purchase to process, create and ship your item(s). We offer free shipping on all products in our shop, as well as the option to upgrade the shipping speed for time sensitive gifts. We offer the following USPS shipping options: GROUND – FREE (estimated delivery within 3-7 business days) PRIORITY - $8 (estimated delivery within 2-5 business days) EXPRESS - $30 (guaranteed delivery within 1-2 days). (Please kindly be aware, the estimated delivery dates do not include our processing time). A tracking number is provided for every order. Please let us know if you cannot find it in your purchase history through your Etsy account or if you haven’t received one in the email, we will provide it for you asap.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS?

RETURNS Because we create each piece with specifically requested customization, unfortunately we cannot remake or resell the product. We typically don’t accept returns for personalized, made-to-order items, but we are happy to help and assist with any issue and we will do our best to resolve it. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping back the product. CANCELLATIONS You can request to cancel your order within 4 hours after the purchase.
