What are the shipping options?

For all cake and cupcake toppers you will have two choices at checkout for shipping. All toppers are shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted in the shop announcements . You may choose standard shipping which includes tracking and is usually received within 3-5 business days. You may opt for priority shipping which allows for tracking and is generally received within 1-4 business days. Opting for priority shipping does not mean your item turnaround time is quicker, just the shipping method. Unless you have spoken with me prior to placing your order, please consider your order to ship in three business days. *USPS does not guarantee their delivery dates!

What if my order does not arrive in time?

Please consider your event date and the shipping options before checking out. Unless noted otherwise, I ship within 3 business days. Your tracking number is provided via Etsy email when your package is ready to ship. Once I have handed your package over to the USPS, the delivery is up to them and out of my control :) IF your package does not arrive, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate the specific situation.

Are there non-glitter options?

I can cut most of the designs in non-glitter cardstock but I do not recommend it. Non glitter cardstock is matte cardstock, and although double sided it is not as thick and impressive as the glitter. Please message me if you are still interested in non glitter.

What materials are used?

Single sided premium glitter cardstock is used! The backside is white and the front is a great, smooth layer of glitter that does not easily flake. The cake toppers have a 6" dowel while cupcake toppers are on 2.75" dowels. Dowels are adhered with clear glue. * Please note! The glue is very strong and the dowel will not detach unless they are roughly handled or left in high heat/humidity! Banners are strung on white twine and high quality, uniform felt balls are used. Toppers are shipped between two chipboard inserts for the best protection.

Can I request a specific image or font?

Yes! Please message me here on Etsy for a custom request. Any images or fonts used are used at my convenience and are not included in the cost of my items. My items are priced based on materials and my time.

The dinosaur cake topper personalized to our 4yr. old grandson was such a surprise to him at his birthday party! It’s size and color was just as pictured. I’ll be looking here for future cake decorating signs with my next grandchild’s birthday.
