My jewelry are all handmade, with much care and attention to details, please allow small imperfections 
due to the nature of hand making process. Please note that colors might look a bit different on your screen due to your screen type or screen settings.

Some of my jewelry can be made with changes - such as colors, stones, crystals, sizes etc. If you want any change, please press the "Request a custom" order button and ask me.

Length of necklaces, and some of the bracelets, can be changed to be longer / shorter. If you wish to change the length, please contact me and I'll check for you if it can be done.
Most necklaces come with an adjustable chain part that allow you to change the length on your neck.

Sometimes changing a piece requires making it again, please notice that it'll take few days to make it.

Izmargad Jewelry is easy to care for:
✦ Don't wear your jewelry while sleeping, bathing, exercising, or heavy cleaning.
✦ Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, hairspray, or cleansers.
✦ When not being worn, keep your jewelry in a dry place inside its box
or bag.

Each item is packed in a branded jewelry box that contains a cotton bag for a comfortable storage.
If you wish to send the item as a gift to your love one - please let me know and send me your greeting. I'll add a greeting card, with your greeting handwritten on it, in an envelope.
An extra gift wrap is available with an extra fee of $3 - including a larger gift box (in addition to the jewelry box) and more decorations.

I accept all credit cards via Paypal.
You don't need to have a PayPal Account to pay for your items via PayPal. You can simply pay by:
- At checkout, click on the blue button - Pay with PayPal.
- After Reaching PayPal screen, scroll down and click the grey button - Pay with a Credit or Debit Card
Now you can easily fill in your card details WITHOUT having to log into a PayPal account.

International buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage and handling fees that may apply on the item.
For items shipped, but not collected from Customs (refusal to pay the charges), a refund will be issued MINUS SHIPPING once it is returned to me.

I offer free standard shipping worldwide.

I'm doing my best to stand in the shipping estimated times, but I can't be responsible for delays caused by your local customs and postal authorities, strikes etc.
I will announce personally of any delays here, in my country, if they happen before sending an item to you.

Please note that items purchased 3 weeks before a holiday, might not get on time using standard shipping. I highly recommend that before special days / holidays you choose to use express shipping.
