For this design you only need 3 sheets of paper: A4 (about 180 gr/m2).

The result is a beautiful interactive object that will arouse the interest of many people.
Put it on display and (after receiving all the compliments) see if your family and friends can solve this puzzle.

Original gift idea: print the templates, put it in a nice envelope.

I also always show photos of real paper models, this gives a more realistic image compared to a computer rendering.

Downloads include:
-PDFs of the patterns. You need sheets of paper: A4 or US Letter (approximately 180 gr/m2)
-PDF Instructions. How to make it and what you need. (you don't have to print it)
-SVG files to be able to process the patterns with a cutting plotter such as Cricut
-The funky pattern I used to make the black and white “Knot”. Print this on the front side of your sheets to get this optical illusion effect.
