Pick up your order at the shop / workshop

t's possible to pick up your order directly to the store / workshop. We are located in St-Eustache, Quebec, Canada. Please contact us for an appointment and use the promo code: PICKUP during your purchase to avoid paying shipping costs.

Can we see and try the creations before buying?

Yes! You can come directly to the shop / workshop in St-Eustache in Quebec to see, touch and try the creations. ***On Appointment only *** We also participate in several events per year. Refer to "Local" section for upcoming exhibitions :)

our purchase is important to us Each order is carefully packed. *Canada: All orders are shipped with a tracking number and insurance. *Other countries: All items are shipped by Chit Chat with tracking number and insurance is included. Chitchat has delivery partners according to different destination countries. If you order more than one item, we will ship the most economical way possible. Delivery fees include packaging and handling costs

Before ordering, please measure carrefully your head circumference with a tape measure. It is your responsability to order the right size Make sure you order a bit bigger than your head circumference (approximately between 1/4 "-1" more dependent if you like your hat adjust or bigger) .Each hat is carefully adjusted to the right size . in doubt, please contact us For adjustable models, if the measurement around your head is about the same as the maximum size of the hat, please take a bigger size . It will be easy to adjust your hat by tightening the cord or elastic If the reception your hat needs adjustment, contact us to know how to do

I did not receive my order, what to do?

Delivery times vary from place to place. It takes between 3 days and 30 working days. (45 working days for international) If you have not received your package after 30 business days (45 working days for international). please contact me. if you have a tracking number, I will contact the delevery service to find out where is your package . In the case (very very rare) where you package is declare lost, I will send you another identical item (if possible) in the shortest time free of charge.

Unclaimed / returned to sender

In the case that your package is returns because you have refused it, that you are not going to pick it up on time at the post office or that the address was wrong or any other reason.. I am NOT responsable! * You are responsible for checking if the address registered to your etsy profil is the correct one! * You are responsible for picking up your package within the time prescribed by your postal delivery system * you are responsible for customs charges or taxes related to your package. Your package has returned to me for one of his reasons: you will have to pay the delivery costs again so that I send it back to you. You want to cancel your purchase after returning: you will be refunded but NO delivery costs (forth ans back) are refunded in these cases! **All order ship worldwide , in the case of no delevery succes, the parcels are NOT returned to me. They are destroid by shipping company. You must track the package and check with your post office or delivery company to be sure to receive it. After a certain delay, the package is kept by the delivery company and is therefore lost. NO refund is possible in this case. NO refund will be made either, since the package will not come back to me. Please watch your package closely.*** NO refunds for unclaimed packages or unpaid customs/taxes.

Are there 35% tariffs for the United States?

NO!! Good news! All my hats have CUSMA certification, which exempts them from the 35% customs duties imposed by the US government since August 29, 2025. Shipping costs therefore remain the same as before! Normally, you will not have any additional fees to pay to receive your package. However, if you do have to pay additional fees to receive your package, you must pay them. If you refuse to pay them, the package will not be returned to me! No refund in that case!

Return conditions part 1 (please read part 2)

You can return your purchase from my shop if you are not satisfied with your hat. Here are the important details to follow: - Contact me BEFORE mailing your hat. - The return address must be: 188 14th Avenue, Saint-Eustache, Quebec, J7P 3S9, Canada. Please DO NOT return to the address indicated on the package. This is the shipping company's warehouse address. Mailing to this address will incur a fee for me to retrieve the package. All return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. They are your responsibility. - Please ship using your country's regular postal service with tracking. Please DO NOT ship with FedEx, UPS, or any other private carrier. There will be return shipping costs that will be deducted from your refund.

Custom and personalized orders

- Returns must be made no later than 21 days after the delivery date. - The item will be refunded upon receipt if it is in perfect condition. All shipping costs, both to and from the destination, are non-refundable. They are the responsibility of the buyer.

Beautiful workmanship. I wasn't sure I liked the soft cotton fabric at first. But, it's not hot or heavy - a real plus on hot, humid days. The brim hold up nicely too which is amazing because it's so soft. I got a compliment on the 1st day I wore it. Julie, the maker & seller, is very kind & responsive to work with. Shipping from Canada to the US was timely.
