You can clean your items by wiping them down by using a very small amount of water on a soft cloth to wipe if needed. It is advised not to lay items on top of each other. As for any photo, keep your items away from sunlight and moisture.

Place your order Choose; quantity, size, character, and/or color in the drop down menu and click the green add to cart button. Follow check out instructions. If you have a question, please click on the contact seller button on my home page. If you don't see a character/shape (or size) option you'd like, I can write up a custom listing just for you by clicking on request a custom order below the listing photo. If you'd like to order more than one item to receive a discount and combined shipping, please request a custom listing as well.

How do I send you my photos?

You may send your photos to BBCC@neo.rr.com or I can send you a dropbox link by using your email address provided at checkout or you may send me your email address in the note to seller section at checkout. You may choose to send your photos in any online platform as well including Photobucket, Google Drive, Amazon Cloud, Whatsup app on Iphone, Facebook message. ~ I'm pretty flexible. Just let me know which way you will be sending your photos in the note to seller section at checkout and when you expect to send them so I know when I can begin.

Photos - Please understand that your photo amount is an estimate! When I say a project will take a certain amount of photos, it is a good estimate. Everyone has different photos and different photo sizes. Some customers have all horizontal (portrait) photos, vertical (landscape) photos, panorama, square or a mix of all; so I am guessing how many photos I think you I will need. Please either label your photos from 1-20 (example) (most important to least important) or do not send photos that you do not wish to use on the project. If I need more photos I will ask for more but I may not use them all. Please note that certain photos (for example landscape or portrait photos) fit better in certain places.

Yes! If you need an item sooner then the estimated turn around time provided (with the shipping information), it is appreciated if you purchase a rush order listing as well as the listing item. My rush order fee's vary by the amount of effort an item takes to make so please choose the correct rush fee per item in the drop down menu of this listing: www.etsy.com/listing/221396392 Please understand that by rushing your purchase, I do not put your order in front of another customer's order, I often stay up later then I usually do or take time away from my family to work on your purchase. To justify this, I charge a rush order fee. Thanks for understanding!

Express Shipping upgrade

If you would like your order expedited, please purchase this listing in addition to the rush order listing and your purchase; 2 Day Express Shipping upgrade up to 3lbs. www.etsy.com/listing/235200076 * I do not personally guarantee that orders will arrive by your expected due date because I am at the mercy of a third party to deliver your package and things do happen. Please keep this is mind when doing your last minute shopping. When I say I *think* the item will arrive by your due date, it is a guesstimate of how long orders have taken in the past to reach the destination ~ anything can happen.

Before you place your order

Please please please make sure that your delivery address is correct. I am not responsible for packages that are not delivered on time or lost in the mail because you failed to make sure that your shipping address was correct at the time of purchase. You are responsible to make sure your address is correct, I am not. Just like any other online platform that you place an order through, you must make sure your address is correct. If your item is returned to me I will re-ship the item, but you will be re-billed for the shipping charges to re-ship the item back to the corrected address. You will not be refunded on custom or personalized orders if they are returned to back to me. Thank you for understanding.

All due dates must be approved by me. Please do not add a due date to your notes unless I have approved and agreed to the dead line. PROOFS and PREVIEWS I do not send proofs that is why I ask for all information, requests, and instructions up front in limited Etsy convos. Your photos are to be put in order of preference and if they aren't please note that some may be eliminated. Proofs slow down the process by at least 2-3 days and are not necessary. I have sold thousands of items and customers have trusted my artistry skills to do it right the first time. A PREVIEW can be sent upon request, however when a preview is sent, no changes can made, as your item is already being shipped.

DIRECTION, INSTRUCTIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE

ALL CORRESPONDENCE, INSTRUCTIONS OR DIRECTION MUST BE MADE IN ETSY CONVO’S/MESSAGES NOT EMAIL! DO NOT LEAVE ANY INSTRUCTIONS OR DIRECTIONS IN EMAIL. I will not honor any instructions via email, ONLY PHOTOS ARE TO BE SENT via EMAIL. I get too many emails a day and I do not have time to search several different places to make sure I get all your notes or instructions. It is also best that you keep all your information regarding your order in limited Etsy convos so the information can be easily accessed. The very best place to put any instructions is in the note to seller section at checkout. Thank you for understanding.

“Pictures were placed nicely, Clear, but didn’t realize it would look like this. Didn’t think this through. Pictures on bottom where no one can see. Made of cardboard, feel it won’t last long. Too much money for quality of material. Efficiency of shipping was excellent, all and all. Hope she likes it. But unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.”

Super fast turn around time. Typically done within a few business days!

• -8" letter holds about 50 photos (block style) sizing is about 8" x 5 3/4" x 1" (width my vary depending on letter)
• -12" letter holds about 50 photos (block style) 12" x 9" x 1.5" (width my vary depending on letter)
• -16" letter holds about 70 photos (rounded style) 16" x 9 3/4" x 1.5" (width my vary depending on letter)
