What if my item arrives damaged?

Its very rare due to how I package but sometimes unfortunately glass can break! if your order does arrive broken please report this within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. I can replace or refund. I will not accept any liability for broken items after 48 hours of delivery.

What happens if I miss my parcel and it is returned?

If your parcel has been returned to me due to no access and none collection you will need to repay shipping costs to have it returned. I am not responsible for a forced return.
