This listing is for 1/4 size unfinished roombox from MDF. My items are intended for adult collectors.

My roomboxes are TWO SIDED, that means if you flip all walls and floor, you can have 2 different rooms with one set of walls (window that was on right, will be on left with new setup) :)

****For floor you can choose blank MDF or plywodwith engraved lines (parquet style). See last picture - MDF on right and plywood floor left. MDF floor is great when you want to paint it or glue veneer parquet on it. Plywood is best left as it is.

You can choose how you glue window, shutters to inside or outside.

SIZE:
*Both wall panels are height 48cm x Lenght 47cm (18.89 x 18.5 inch)
* Floor Lenght 47 cm x Width 47 cm (18.5 x 18.5 inch)

KIT includes -
*2 walls, 1 shutter window, 1 floor or choice
*wall trim (trim between floor and wall)
*instructions

ASSEMBLE:
It can be assembled and disassembled, so you can take it apart and store away if needed.

Fits MSD BJD dolls, Tonner and other 1/4 dolls.

Please note, that laser cut MDF has black edges, but it can be painted just fine.

All my items are hand-made, and so might have some small imperfections.
