To our valued customers, please be advised that effective 03/18/2020 we will now be adding shipping fees (Items originally sent with free shipping included will now have the shipping fees added as part of the original purchase price and all refunds issued will be for the original purchase price, less the original shipping fee) as well as our standard 20% restocking fee. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is your Return/Cancellation Policy?

* As of 3/18/2020, our return policy has been revised to include shipping fees for all returned fabrics on top of the 20% restocking fee. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, simply send your fabric back to New Fabrics Daily in its new, unused condition and we would be happy to provide a refund (minus shipping, handling cost and restocking fee) of the purchase price. Returned fabrics are subject to 20% restocking fee. Any cancellation made over an hour of purchase will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Which fabrics are not eligible for return?

1. Discounted fabrics 2. Swatches/Samples 3. Cut, washed, altered fabrics

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. NOTE: We do not ship to AK, PR, VI or HI, due to our free shipping offer. We can ship to these destinations for additional fee.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment method/ Estimated delivery time/Shipment cost USPS Ground Advantage/7 business days/Free UPS Ground/3-5 business days/Free UPS Ground Saver/7 business days/Free * USPS Priority, Expedited & Overnight delivery options are available with rates calculated at checkout and is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please note that since we offer free shipping, we will use the most economical way to ship your order.

International Shipping Policy

New Fabrics Daily does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on final destination. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty taxes, handling fees, customs clearing charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

New Fabrics Daily ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. *UPS Ground service is unavailable for P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the address is incomplete, it is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or it has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the carrier, we will notify you through Etsy’s Messages. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order. A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility. Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take Etsy anywhere from 1-3 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to the method of payment used. Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged. As part of our Free Shipping promotion, orders that are returned back to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/return to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping and handling (including restocking fee) charges would have been without the Free Shipping promotion.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

New Fabrics Daily is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages New fabrics Daily is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Need expedited shipping for a large order? Expedited shipping is available for 3, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100+ yard orders upon request. Due to Etsy's shipping calculator limitations, expedited shipping rates may not automatically appear at checkout for larger orders.

Please contact us before placing your order for a custom expedited shipping quote. This also applies to international orders.

SIZES:
Fabric is available in sample swatches (approximately 4" x 2"), 1/2 yard cuts (45” x 18"), and larger increments up to full rolls. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

CONTINUOUS CUTS:
Orders of multiple yards will be cut as one continuous piece whenever possible. For example, if you order three 1-yard units, you will receive one continuous 3-yard piece. If we are unable to provide a continuous cut, we will contact you before shipping.

COLOR VARIATION:
Colors may appear slightly different due to dye lot variations and individual monitor or mobile device settings. Because dye lots can vary between production runs, slight color differences are considered normal and are not considered defects. We recommend purchasing all fabric needed for your project at one time to help ensure color consistency.

QUESTIONS:

RETURNS:
Fabric is cut to order based on the quantity selected and is therefore considered a custom-cut item. Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In addition, any original outbound shipping costs incurred by the seller (including orders that qualified for "free shipping") are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount. Please review all listing details carefully before purchasing and refer to our shop policies for complete return information.

PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME:
Processing time (1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays) is separate from shipping/transit time. Expedited shipping speeds up delivery after your order ships, but does not reduce processing time. Orders are processed in the order received. If you need your fabric by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, and we will provide an estimated ship date.
