To keep your piece pristing for the longest possible time please consider the following. JEWELRY: - Best cleaned with a soft dry cloth. - Best avoid prolonged/regular contact with water. - Best avoid contact with chemical cleaners, nail polish remover and similar cleaning products. - Bvoid extreme heat and avoid leaving your piece in the sun for extended periods of time. - Avoid rubbing against abrasive surfaces and avoid using abrasive cleaning products. - Best stored individually in a dry, dark place. Knife holders and other large products require a reapplication of oil or wax every couple of years, or once the item shows signs of age.

Ready to ship items are dispatched within 2 business days. Most of our larger items such as trays and knife holders are made to order. Production time for made to order items varies from item to item, but generally the time does not exceed 15 business days. Our lead time is usually longer in the months before and right after Christmas/New Year, so please plan accordingly if your order is a Christmas gift.
