All prints 8x10 and smaller ship in a sturdy, bend-resistant, chipboard mailer. Prints 11x14 or larger ship rolled in a mailing tube. So, for example, if you place an order for two 5x7 prints and an 11x14 print, you will receive two packages: the smaller prints in a flat mailer, and the larger print in a tube.
