Natural undyed linen material is affected by it’s growing conditions, this is why the natural colour can vary through 3-4 colour tones.
Even after dyeing linen with the same colour formula on a different linen roll might slightly look different. So if you buy a linen item and after a while come back to my store to buy again (same colour), it could have a very slightly different shade.

For any return requests, please contact me first. I’m here to help and will guide you through the process. Please note that returns without prior email confirmation may not be eligible for processing.

Please keep in mind:

Hello ! Your wonderful box arrived today in excellent time and condition. The tote bag is beautifully made and embroidered and I love the color of the linen which was used. I couldn't be happier with it ! The mail came in the same package, but I cannot leave feed back for it yet. I love it too ! I love the little mushroom on it.
