I never received my bracelet and the seller told me she a small business, not Amazon and im on my own figuring out why i did not receive it. The Tracking number provided to me says no status and usps cant tell me anything because im not the seller. I begged her to call them and someone please help me. Im more shocked at the lack of willingness to help as this is a 40 bracelet and i have no insigt to shipping. I had this bracelet in my cary dor over a week and and was super ex3to finall order it. She offered no resolution at all. Like call usps with me so at least i know she actually shipped it and trying to help. I understand things happen but gosh to insinuate your not Amazon versus helping me get the bracelet i brought and really want was wrong. I never once was mad and just begging for help. Im over etsy at this point.

Shayla I am sorry you feel this way truly. I never meant to come off as not helpful. The item was shipped as promised, somewhere along the shipping route something went wrong but that is not my doing. I suggested contacting USPS. The customer is totally able to call them to inquire about a tracking number. I handle all aspects of my business myself and cannot call USPS every time something goes wrong on their end. Again, once its ships its no longer in my hands. There is nothing I can do, I sincerely apologize. I do feel confident the jewelry will arrive, late yes, but Ive never had an item not arrive unless the address provided was incorrect.
