My Print/card deck arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us! We will happily exchange and swap out your items if they arrive bent, damaged, or harmed in anyway. We want you to be happy, and will make sure to correct this issue. We do our best in packaging to make sure that we can avoid damage, but sometimes accidents happen while shipping. So please just reach out, and we will happily assist :)

I need this by a certain date, can that happen?

If you would like to make sure an item arrives before a certain time, please just let us know! We do our best to get our orders into the mail as quickly as we can. (no one likes waiting for their goodies, right? :)) But if you really want to make sure something arrives by a certain time, just give us a heads up and we will do what we can to help out!

I met you at a comic con, but don't see the print I want in your shop?

Hi there! If you found me at a local comic con, first off, thank you!! If there is a print that you may have seen me sell at a comic book convention/Anime con, but it isn't in my shop just let me know! I can easily list this item into the shop for you to purchase.

These prints are from my own collection of art that I have done over the course of the past year. I travel around the country (As well as internationally) and do comic book conventions.

•Prints will come signed on the front in the bottom corner (unless specified otherwise)

•All of my prints are 11x14 inches

**Please note prints do NOT come framed.

INFORMATION ON SHIPPING:

The standard shipping for my prints are in a 13"x 19" Bubble mailer with the prints between two pieces of cardboard. If you would like your prints shipped to you in a MAILER TUBE than please specify at check out. There will NOT be a charge for this! Just personal preference whether you would like your prints shipped flat or rolled. It is up to you! :)
