Please keep all jewelry out of water and do not wear it during exercise. Water and sweat may deteriorate the luster of the jewelry. For all silver/gold plated jewelry, please keep it in the sealed pouch I include with your order to keep it shinier, longer!

What if something happens to my jewelry during its lifetime?

All of my jewelry has a lifetime warranty. If anything happens to it, I will fix it for you. Please email me at JazzyandCo.16@gmail.com for support.

What are your processing and shipping times like? How long will it take me to receive my package?

After an order is placed, it can take me 1-5 business days to process before it is shipped out. You should receive your package in 4-10 business days of it being shipped if you live in USA; 3-7 business days if you live in Canada; 4-12 business days if you live in Europe. If you need your item sooner, please send me a message and I will prioritize your order to ensure that it is shipped out the same day or next day.

Are there any items that are non-refundable?

Earrings purchased from Jewels by Jazzy are not eligible for refunds due to hygienic reasons. Sets purchased with earrings will be non-refundable as a result. Shoes purchased from this Etsy shop are also non-refundable.

Please keep dupattas away from sharp objects. Dry clean only and steam to remove wrinkles (do not iron!) My dupattas are made out of net fabric which may tear if roughly handled. Please be gentle when opening and handling them once received for longevity of the piece.
