This is a beautiful red shawl that I wear frequently! It is very flattering and keeps me warm during my counseling telehealth sessions with my clients! The owner was very gracious to exchange another shawl I purchased that did not look very good on me! She made one similar to the red one and offered the exchange! I appreciate that very much and highly recommend this shop based on great customer service!
