How long will my order take?

🥰 Each item is made to order. We work as fast as we can, but quality takes a bit of time, so please understand that it takes within 1-2 weeks to make your items. 📦 As soon as your items are ready, your order is sent out to you with tracking. Shipping times vary depending on location, but your item should arrive within the following expected delivery timeframes: Canada & USA: Orders normally take 2-8 business days to arrive. Remote locations can take up to 15-20 days. US ship-outs occur on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. 🙏 Please allow extra time if your order is being complete during a Canadian or US holiday, and please be in communication with me if you experience any unusual delays.

Exchange Policy Details

😍 I want you to love your purchase! 🙇 Sizing can be tricky, and I understand. If you need to exchange an item due to sizing, please contact me and we will get you in the right size. Exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and unused in order to qualify for exchange. 📦 Shipping costs for exchanges, are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. Please contact me prior to ordering if you are uncertain which size would be best for you. 👍 Once I have received your unwashed, unworn, undamaged and unused item, your exchange will be processed and you will receive a new order in your preferred size with a tracking number when your item is shipped.

If an order does not arrive by the expected date

😟 I always keep an eye on your orders, but if your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time and you have any concerns, please feel free to let me know via private message. 🚚 A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so I may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, I will do everything I can to work with you towards a solution.

What happens if I provided the wrong shipping address?

😧 If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase here's what to do: First, DON'T PANIC. 😅 Second, let me know RIGHT AWAY, via private message. 🚚 IF you don't catch it right away and it has already been sent, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to me. Once I receive your return order, I will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a re-shipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Customs and Duty Fees

⚠️ Some countries require a Duty Fee, Tax, or Customs Charge before an order can be delivered. These charges are relatively infrequent, but are 100% the buyer’s responsibility - as you are the recipient of the mail. This is not an additional shipping charge, nor are we responsible for covering your taxes and duty fees. Please be aware of the individual taxes, duty fees and customs charges for your specific region. 🚫 Requests to mark orders as “Gift” on the customs forms to avoid your possibility of paying a customs fee or tax will be ignored. Marking purchased goods as “Gifts” is illegal.

Wrong item, incorrect customization or defect

🤞 It doesn't happen often, but sometimes mistakes happen. 🙏 If I make a mistake on your order I will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your order is incorrect or has a defect, please contact me immediately via private message so that I can fix your order ASAP! Please be sure to include photos for reference. ✅ A replacement item will be made for you immediately, and you will receive a new tracking number when your item is shipped. If I need your item sent back to me for any reason that was my mistake (ex. to attach a fringe) or a defect, you will be reimbursed for any shipping costs to return the item to me.

If your item(s) arrive damaged

✅ If for any reason your order was damaged in the mail, please contact me within 7 days of the order's arrival, along with a photo of the damaged item and the package. From there, I would be more than happy to replace your order.

I LOVE THIS TOP!!! It’s one of my favorite tops in my closet now! Honestly, I was a little concerned I wouldn’t look good in it cause I don’t have a slim, cute model-type figure. But, it’s PERFECT and I love the way it fits me too! I got the regular length, and the bottom edge lands right across my hips. Which is just right for me. The fabric is soft, stretchy, comfortable and great quality. The top is not at all see-through, and the Raven graphic is very dark, black and saturated. I am very happy with the overall quality. Even if you’re plus-size, like me, you won’t be disappointed. This top hugs in all the right places without squeezing or pulling. If you’re unsure about the best size and length, the seller is very friendly and helpful if you send her a message. I highly recommend this product!
