When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a link to your personalized tracking page. Be sure to check your promotions, spam, or junk folder if you can't find it. It can take 24-72 hours to show any update within the tracking link.

1.) Sign in to Etsy.com and go to "your account." 2.) Click on "Purchases & Reviews" and find your order. 4.) Tap your order. You’ll see the shipping status to the right of your order. 5.) Click Track Package to see more tracking updates.

Our current processing times vary between 2-7 business days. Shipping takes about 2-5 business days. Packages are dispatched on a weekly basis and it may take anywhere between 4-12 business days for your order to be delivered.

If an order is mailed to an incorrect/undeliverable address because of an address error, it is the buyer’s responsibility for any costs incurred with resending the order. Please let me know before your order is dispatched.

If you can't locate a delivered package, it's possible it was delivered to a neighbor! USPS can also give you the exact GPS coordinates of where it was delivered. If you still can't find it, please contact us!

Sometimes packages are mistreated during transit so any orders with a value of $15 or more are insured. If you receive a damaged package, please have photos ready with proof of damages and we can help you!

FOR USA ONLY: To cancel and get a full refund, your order must have not been worked on and a cancellation must be requested within a 24 hour grace period.

- You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund. The item(s)must be shipped back within 14 days after the delivery date to be eligible for a refund. The item(s) must be in the same condition you received it (unused and in its original packaging).
- The buyer is responsible for any costs of return shipping. If the item(s) is not returned in its original condition and within 14 days of the delivery date, you are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon our receipt of your returned package.
