All downloads are handled directly via the Etsy website. Upon receipt of payment you should have received and email from Etsy containing your Download links. Please check your junk or spam folder. If using Gmail please check your Promotions or Social tabs.

If you still don’t see the email you can contact Etsy directly or follow these steps:
1. Go to the Etsy website and log in to your account.
2. Click on the Icon in the upper left that shows your account avatar and the click on Purchases and reviews.
3. Find the order and click on it to show your purchase receipt. Click on orange button to the right that says Download Files( if using mobile browser the button will be white and will be between receipt info and order notes.

As stated in our policy Digital Downloads are not refundable. If you have any issues with a file please contact us and I will do what I can to resolve the issue.

I handle rush orders on a case by case basis. There will be an additional fee associated with a rush order. Please contact me with your request and if feasible I will set up a custom listing for you.

I respect other artists so if it is a common phrase or word sure I will letter it for you but not in the same exact design.
If it is something specific no I will not recreate an exact design of another artist. They worked hard to develop their brand and style as have I.

The short answer is yes. However please note that I will not use the following:
Movie quotes
Song lyrics
Quotes by famous people
Trademarked logos or characters (ie: Disney, Mickey Mouse, Star Wars)
Those all fall under copyright infringement so please don’t ask.
I will also check every quote request in the trademark database as many common phrases are now being trademarked.

Our watercolor binder has honey and glycerin in it and may attract quite a bit of moisture due to the heat and humidity during transit, therefore during the summer months you may need to place your watercolors in the freezer overnight. Cooler times of the year you may only need 10-30 minutes or none at all. Paint may scraped back into the pans from the foil with a palette knife. Foster’s Creations is not responsible for any lost paint due to climate issues.

We anticipate the upcoming holiday season to show a dramatic increase in online shopping. Given this and the current disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the original estimated date. Once your package is in the possession of the carrier we no longer have control over it’s arrival.
I advise U.S. customers placing orders no later than 11/28/2020. Any orders placed after that may not arrive before Christmas.
International orders are currently taking a minimum of 3 weeks and as long as 8 weeks to arrive. I will be adding an insurance option for U.S. customer. Please plan accordingly.

Absolutely we accept coupons sent directly from Etsy or us via our newsletter, our Brand Ambassadors or our Instagram account. We do not accept coupons found through 3rd party apps. Any attempt to redeem a coupon found on a 3rd party app will result in your order being cancelled and refunded. We hope you can understand and respect our decision on this matter. Not all of our coupons are meant for general public use and are not supposed to be found by everyone as stated by Etsy in the coupon setup page.

Once your package is scanned and accepted at the USPS it is out of our hand. We are at the mercy of the carrier to ensure delivery. In the event your package goes missing we will assist you in how to track down your package. The USPS utilizes a GPS system and can tell exactly where your package was delivered.
