If you would like to make a return, just contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. Then, you must just ship your package back to me at your expense.
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Trium Jewelry has the right to deny a return if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged

For exchanges, I will send you a voucher with the value of the returned item once I receive the returned one so you can use it to buy another product.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

I do not accept any package which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during the transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

RETURNED MAIL

I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

I will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.

I feel like the sizing on this ring is not consistent with the other rings I ordered. It's too small for the finger I want to wear it on, despite being the same size as the other rings. It still fits on a different finger, which is good. Other than that it's nice and dainty. Be aware that due to the material and delicate make it's easily bendable.
