How are vinyl decals applied?

1. Clean the area you wish to apply the decal to. Windex works well. Dry thoroughly. 2. Use the edge of a credit card to rub over the clear transfer tape to ensure the decal will transfer. 3. Remove the protective backing from the vinyl decal. Leaving the decal affixed to the clear plastic sheet. 4. Carefully place the vinyl decal where you want it. Use a credit card edge to smooth down the decal by rubbing from the center to the edges in every direction. Forcing out any air bubbles. 5. Remove the clear protective covering. Begin at the top corner and peel back the covering so that you are pulling at a 45-degree angle to the decal.

What kind of vinyl do you use for your stickers?

We use a high quality glossy vinyl. It is waterproof and weatherproof and has an outdoor life of at least 6 years. Our decals are ideal for laptops, cups, mugs, cars, windows, doors, walls, etc. Any clean smooth surface. Our decals can not be used on fabric, dirty, or rough surfaces.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

We track all of our shipments but we know the USPS does make mistakes. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days from the shipping date AND there hasn't been any update in tracking for the last 3 days, we will send out a replacement.

Does tempurature matter when applying a vinyl decal?

It's best to apply vinyl decals when the temperature is between 60 & 80 degrees. That applies to the air, vinyl, and the surface you're putting it on. Surface MUST be clean and smooth for decals to adhere.

Can I get a refund or a replacement if I mess up the decal when applying it?

No, we do not offer refunds or replacement of items damaged during application. It is up to you to apply the decal correctly. We do offer basic instructions and a video example of the procedure.
