A word about SEO: I build basic SEO keywords into the website-and this service is included. I also submit your website to search engines.

I do not provide in-depth SEO services. (For more in-depth SEO service, you can try hiring someone from fiverr.com

I do however provide tips in my monthly newsletters on how you can perform better in Google searches for free or very little money.
Performing well in Google searches usually requires time and money. But with some effort and time you have the potential to get on the first page of Google especially if you implement the tips that I give to you.
The $25/month does not include in-depth SEO services.

DOMAIN NAME: You register the domain name. I recommend using name.com, but there are many others to choose from.

**REFUND POLICY** Please understand before you purchase this listing!

I offer a 30 Day 100% Money-back Guarantee. On the receipt of payment of your website set up cost, you will have 30 days to change your mind if you are not completely satisfied and I have not met your needs, I will refund you your initial set up cost.

If after the 30 days, you want to cancel, you are free to cancel anytime, but you will not be refunded the initial set up cost, nor any monthly hosting costs. Monthly hosting payments must be made in order to keep the website live. Hosting is based on a month-month contract: paying your hosting for the month will ensure your site will be up for the month. Lack of payment for the month will result in the removal of your site from the web; ie shutting it down. Please message me if you have any questions about this.

IMPORTANT:
If you cancel, you also will NOT be able to take the website with you to different hosting. In essence, I cannot "give you" your website.
The software I use for building the website and the hosting are one-in the same, so I cannot separate the website from the platform where it is being hosted from to give it to you.

Timeline for completing your website:

Your website must be finished and live on the web within 30 days of purchase date. If you are not ready to get your site completed and live in this time, please wait to purchase until you are.

If your website is not complete at this time, you can choose to "park" the website for $10/month. This will hold your website until you are ready to complete it.

**PLEASE NOTICE: Your website will be deleted if you have indicated that you no longer need your website, or if it has been 30 days without any response-I will assume you no longer need your website. There will be no refund given if it has been more then 30 days past purchase date..



Parking your website

Your website can be parked for a maximum of 12 months (12 billing cycles). After 12 months you will need to have it ready to be taken live or it will be deleted.

If you miss one of the parking payments ($10) or discontinue paying you will have 7 days to update your payment method in paypal and continue payments. If I do not receive a response from you or updated payment within the 7 days, I will assume you no longer want your website and so it will be deleted.



After deleting your website

If you want the website AFTER it has already been deleted, you will need to repurchase the website at my current website rates and we will start over on the build of it.
