Do I offer exchanges or refunds for completed orders?

No, all custom and ready to ship orders completed are non refundable and not available to exchange. All available pieces in the shop are hand stamped items and are not machine made, making them have slight imperfections such as lettering/picture stamps not straight, imprint into the metal varying, etc. Shop listings have detailed descriptions on materials used including measurements, what it is made of, how to care for your item, how it is made, how to order, and delivery of the item. Also, each listing includes numerous listing photos showing the sizing, angles and sometimes how it is used or worn to further inform the customer about the product.

Can I customize/personalize an item?

I can create a custom piece with phrasing or layout of your choosing :) All custom and personalized orders are made to order. Depending on the item will determine the amount of time it will take to create and ship out (most custom orders are created in 5 business days). Once the item is completed I will send pictures via Etsy message before I package it for delivery for a sneak peek. If you choose to have emails or texts sent instead of Etsy messages please make note of that in comments to seller when ordering NOTE - ALL custom request orders must be paid prior to creating the item

All shop listing descriptions will list the measurements of each item. Some items are available smaller or larger than listed so feel free to message me and inquire about different sizing.

Are these machine made by engraving?

No - Hand stamping is not machine engraved. Each letter/symbol/number metal stamp is hammered into the metal. No two pieces will ever be identical and it is to be expected to have slight variations in the depth of the imprint. The lettering/numbers/etc will not be perfectly straight up and down or across giving each piece more character. All items are handmade by me and made with love and care. The metals I use are lightweight and very durable.

Shipping times/delivery

All items are sent through USPS ground advantage, priority or express priority, which all come with a tracking number. Please always double check your shipping address to make sure it is correct when placing an order. Ground Advantage can take 2-6 business days, Priority can take 1-4 business days and Priority express is usually 1-2 business days. PLEASE NOTE - USPS is not always perfect on packages delivery times or while on its path in transit. If you have any issues/questions message me and I will assist you as best I can. Once your item is postmarked and is in USPS possession I have fulfilled my part of the transaction and am not responsible for its delivery.

How do I personalize an order

For all custom pieces there is now a personalization box where you can type what text/picture stamps/etc you would like for your piece, as well as any additional notes for me about your order. If you have any questions feel free to contact me via etsy message.

How do I care for aluminum metal?

Aluminum is a silvery-white, soft and lightweight metal. This is a metal that will not tarnish or turn your skin colors. It is a hypoallergenic and durable metal. It is lead and nickel free. Keep your metal piece away from corrosive chemicals to prevent your jewelry from oxidizing and losing its shine. You can use a soft cloth to occasionally polish your piece .

How do I care for copper metal ?

Copper has a bright reddish orange tone when new. This metal is lightweight, durable and will develop a patina (warm brown tones) over time. To clean your copper you can use a lemon and sponge to scrub the piece or a mixture of vinegar and salt to soak. Once this step is completed rinse and dry your jewelry item. Please note copper is a metal that can react to certain skin oils, perfumes, sprays, etc., which may leave a greenish tint on the skin.

Can I shower/swim with jewelry on?

I do not recommend any jewelry be worn when showering/swimming. This will put undue wear and tear on your item and some pieces ruin it. Some types of metals I use will tarnish quicker and if your item has had been stamped and darkened this will fade the lettering. The leather cording will get soft when wet - this can be by showering or exercising and exposing your piece to sweat. When this happens the leather will over time stretch and weaken the construction of the piece. The leather preservative helps aid in keeping your piece looking like new longer, but does not make the piece 100% waterproof.

If I order priority shipping or express shipping will my order be created and sent sooner?

Time for creating and processing all orders will be the current shop creating time, whether it is being sent first class or priority. I complete orders as I receive them. If you need an item sooner than the ship out date please reach out to me to inquire if I can accommodate the request.

Care for your tag...

*silver aluminum tags can be cleaned with a mild soap and warm water - Once cleaned, dry thoroughly. The lettering may fade - to reapply use a fine point sharpie

*copper/brass tags can be brought back to their original shine with a vinegar/salt bath. Soak the tag until desired results then rinse and dry thoroughly.
