When will I receive my order once purchased?

Just follow the links to download your files and you can start getting crafty straight away. - - - - - - - - - - - - CUSTOM ORDERS For custom design, I will usually email you proofs within 24-48 hours. Sets of wedding stationery will take longer depending on my workload. I do have an option for rush orders. Please send me a message if your order is urgent and I will do my best to fit it in.

What is an Instant Download and how does it work?

An Instant Download is a pdf or jpg file of high quality that you can purchase for printing. Once payment has been completed, you will automatically be sent an email that includes a link to download your files. You can print the files at home or take them to a local print shop. You simply print them as many times as you like, assemble and you are good to go. The benefits of DIY printing is it is cheaper, and you do not have to wait and pay for expensive shipping costs.

I've changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

INSTANT DOWNLOADS Due to the nature of the product no refunds will be given if the files have been downloaded. If they have not been downloaded then I am happy to issue you a full refund. - - - - - - - - - - - - CUSTOM ORDERS If work has commenced on the custom order no refund will be issued.

What are you terms of use?

PERSONAL USE After purchase, you may print as many times as you wish, either for personal use or to give away as a gift. The digital file or printed version may not be shared, redistributed or sold. Commercial use is only available on items where stated. Please contact me with any requests.

I do not offer any printing services at this stage. There are many options, from local printers to online print companies. Depending on your specific needs, I am happy to offer printing suggestions and recommendations.

The design is very cool but I had to do a lot of cropping to the download myself.. and it was difficult finding a way to print out my save the dates without creating a pixelated image. I tried contacting the shop but got no response.
