Handmade from a selection of cottons, including an authentic Japanese shibori cotton for the front panel, this kaftan is lightweight, cool and comfortable.

Featuring a concealed pouch pocket in the front panel, handmade toggles on the neckline and also cuffs, a waist drawstring that you can tie to the back or the front.

‘I am technically trained so am able to create garments that fit well and are of a high workmanship. Quality, durability and wearability are the key points I focus on to ensure longevity in your investment. I design, draft my own patterns and use industrial machines to sew all the pieces listed. I use vintage, salvaged (uncut fabrics) and remnant fabrics found on my travels and due to the small supply of each fabric all pieces are one of or part of a small batch collection. I also offer a repair service so please contact me if on the off chance a zipper or seam gives way. I hope you enjoy your East of Grey piece as much as I’ve enjoyed creating it. ‘
