RETURNS: available from EU countries within 14 days of receiving the purchase. This right does not extend to custom-made products. Returns/refunds currently unavailable from outside the EU unless the item arrived faulty or broken. Even though we are professional in dealing with fragile glass items (including the proper packaging) if this unfortunate event happens, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to send a new item as soon as possible at no additional costs.
