Please be careful when opening and handling your order, the wire can bend easily.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping can be purchased for any order for $4 at time of purchase.

What are these marks on the wire?

Small dents, marks and scratches due to pliers are a completely normal part of the art process, all the wire I bend has these small marks.

Can you send me a proof?

You will receive exactly what you ask for in the note to seller area at checkout. Due to the quantity of orders I hand make in a day, I am unable to send a proof to each buyer. Feel free to view my social media sites, as I post photos sent from happy customers.

All available colors are in the last photo of each listing. Please note that different monitor set ups and whether natural or artificial light is used can slightly effect the color you see on screen vs what you receive. Occasionally there are manufacturer changes in the color, if there is an issue I will message you. If no response is given by the time your order is shipping, you will be sent the color you ordered.

What is this mark on my hanger?

As I use natural wood hangers, they are prone to burls, knots, slight warping, and slight splitting. If it's a painted hanger the paint will cover most of these natural variations if they are present.
