"Ready to Ship" cards and items (anything that does NOT specify "Made to Order" below Etsy's Overview) are just that - ready to ship! They are already made and sealed for packing into a mailer. These will be shipped same or next business day.

"Made to Order" cards and items (anything that DOES specify "Made to Order") are made after payment is received, and their production varies, so the day they ship varies. If it is 1-10 items, they will usually ship within 1-3 business days. Each design may vary with production time because my items are hand made and require different techniques and drying or curing time between layers of design. My personal and work schedule also varies seasonally - if you need a more accurate quote, just ask :)

Cards are protected in a clear cellophane sleeve then shipped in either a rigid or bubble mailer.

My default shipping method is tracked First Class Mail, however I do offer upgrades. Item is coming from Sunapee, NH (03782); please allow up to 5+ business days for the post office to deliver. More details about shipping upgrades below.

Business day is defined as a week day that is not a postal holiday.

Stock up and save on additional cards! They ship First Class free after the first card. I am also offering First Class "Free Shipping" on orders of $35 or more throughout 2019. If you require an upgrade I'll offer a shipping credit for the First Class rate and just bill the difference, but you MUST contact me first to make arrangements.

If you have special circumstances with production or shipping times please contact me, I'd like the opportunity to offer help if I am able. I may have a Rush Order fee if applicable.

My default shipping method is First Class Mail (3-5 business days).

At checkout, you may choose to upgrade your shipping method to Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or Express Mail (1-2 business days).

Please note, NONE of these methods offer a delivery guarantee (Express offers a claim procedure with some exceptions if they miss their date).

USPS does not offer any guarantees, so I cannot on their behalf. Our sheer will alone cannot make the mail move any faster but I will promise to do my part for you.

Custom and personalized orders are welcome. These will be made to order, can include everything from changing text, different sizes, quantities, colors, adding names, or designing something special just for you.

As a small business, I have limited supplies on hand and it varies weekly - if you would like to request large quantities, please inquire within first. We may need to order supplies which will also increase production time.

Not every item can be customized, not every request can be accommodated - if you request something that is not possible or is unreasonable, I will reserve the right to refund and cancel the order. I WANT to help if possible, so please contact me first with questions, unusual requests or unlisted options.

I do not accept returns or cancellations.

Some orders require your input or approval, so reciprocal communication is very important.

I will reserve the right to refund and cancel orders if I cannot fulfill them properly, or for any other reason at my discretion.

If an item is "Returned to Sender" (me) you will be given the option of reshipment at your expense, or a refund minus any original shipping fees (or a restocking fee equal to what I originally paid for shipping if it was a "Free Shipping" offer). This does not apply to Personalized and Custom orders, which will be recycled or donated if you do not wish to have them shipped again. There are no refunds for these.

I do ship International to select countries only.

Winter 2018/19 office hours: Monday-Friday 8am-2pm. I do utilize the Etsy mobile app throughout the week and am usually responsive within a couple of waking hours in the EST.

Allergen warning: This is a pet friendly home (rabbit, cats). My machinery and tools may contain LATEX and glitter.

My cards are not intended to be handled by young children. They may have embellishments that could become loose.

I do not take personal responsibility for postal mishaps, there are risks we all take when using USPS. I do ensure the item is shipped out on time.
