Then simply attach your photo in a message to us. * CAN I SEND FULL-SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS? Yes! We need full size photos so that we can professionally edit, and digitally crop your photo(s) to fit your piece. You'll receive an image to preview so you know what your charms will look like. * ARE CELL PHONE OR FACEBOOK PHOTOS OK? Yes. Just be sure to send the highest quality and resolution you have. The better the quality of your original photograph, the better your finished piece will look!

In an effort to avoid harsh chemicals that damage and erode your photos, we use a water-based sealant on our photo charms. This means that while the charms will withstand the occasional drop or two of water, charms are not waterproof, and should not be worn when swimming or bathing. They should be stored away from moisture to keep them in the best shape possible. As with all silver jewelry, you can use an anti-tarnish cloth to keep your jewelry looking like new.

Due to small parts, potential choking hazards, and safety testing requirements, our jewelry is intended for those ages 14+.

I bought a beautiful keychain for a friend who just lost her dog. It is very good quality and a great keepsake. The packaging is very nice as well (box with confetti filler inside, bow on the outside and a sweet quote card in the front)
