We currently ship to the UK & US; orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For delivery and orders to the US are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed delivery. Please note any taxes or additional customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping times are as follows:-

Veils – 1-2 weeks

Headpieces, belts, bridal gloves, jewellery, bridal garters – 5-7 working days

Fabric samples – 3-5 working days

The above shipping dates are applicable from once payment is received (excluding weekends). Once your item is shipped uk delivery is usually within 1-2 working days and US delivery within 5-7 working days; however please allow a little longer due to possible postal delays worldwide.

If you order a veil, it is likely it will need to be steamed before wearing to release any creases. If you cannot steam, you can iron it on the lowest setting and very lightly but be very careful as high temperatures can damage delicate veiling. Please note that any veil trims should not be ironed on directly. If unsure, we suggest taking your veil to an appropriate seamstress or dry cleaners where they may be able to help with steaming your veil.
