CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME is 2-3 WEEKS. Please allow that full amount of time PLUS additional time for shipping within the US. Any item needed to be shipped before that turnaround time is considered a rush order and the appropriate rush order upgrade listing should be added to your cart along with the item that you are wanting. The rush order upgrade listing is per item not per order. Rush my order option is available under shipping upgrade at check out.

Items are shipped out USPS First class mail unless shipping upgrade is purchased at check out. Amount of time that the postal service takes to deliver items is out of my control. I can only guarantee a shipping date.

All garments should be turned wrong side out, washed with mild detergent. Do not use bleach!
Machine wash in cold water.
Remove promptly after wash cycle completion, Hang on hanger to dry.
Never leave any piece of embroidered clothing soaking or in water or lying in a pile when wet. Do not wring out the embroidered articles

Never iron directly on the embroidered design, the iron can melt the embroidery thread
Embroidered fabrics should always be ironed on the reverse side
It is recommended to iron embroidery between two pieces of cloth, or lay item face down on a towel folded.
Do not wet embroidery prior to ironing or to use a steam iron.

Items with rhinestones or sequins should NEVER be put in dryer or ironed on directly

!!! PLEASE CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LEFT ALL INFORMATION REGARDING BIRTHDAY NUMBER, COLORS, FABRICS AND FONT WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER!!!!! If you do not specify colors to be used and I do not get responses to messages sent, it will be embroidered with the colors and fabrics from the main photo on the listing.

All my listings have actual garment measurements on them that can be compared to other items in your closets. Measurements are taken by laying the garment flat and measuring from one underarm seam to the other and from the shoulder seam to the hem.

**Dresses run short on dress length. The dresses are no longer being manufactured so I am limited to the sizes, styles and colors that I have on hand. Please contact me before purchasing to see if what you are looking for is still available.
