All orders are shipped from Turkey. All items big or small, are wrapped with lots of tender loving care to ensure its safe arrival to their new home. To make their journey even more comfortable we also pop them protective bubble mailers.

If you select standard shipping, your order will be shipped with airmail, this includes tracking. Once your package has been mailed the tracking number will be entered into Etsy. Since it is out of our control we cannot be held responsible for loss, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we can help with tracking & investigations. We will contact you if your package returns back to us. Provide a photo of the package and an explanation for the reason of return (based on details written upon package). LOST packages are VERY RARE! If an order is undelivered the post office will return the package back to us (the sender).
