This modern necklace features two personalized charms. They are a small disc and a teardrop-shaped glass jewel in your choice of color. The disc can be hand stamped with an initial of your choice, a heart symbol, or left blank (numbers also available on request). Please note that the charm can only hold a maximum of 2 characters, so please do not ask for more. They are attached to a fine silver plated chain with a lobster clasp closure. Would make a lovely custom gift!

Damaged/Faulty Items/Errors: Please contact me if there is damage, faulty parts, or seller error within 2 days of receipt; a photo will be helpful, and will be required prior to a replacement being sent or a refund. If you would prefer a refund, the item must be returned. If an insurance claim needs to be filed, you may also be required to fill out and sign an affidavit.

Returns: Return shipping is at your expense and the item must be received within 10 days in undamaged condition (extended for international customers). Item must be sent back unworn in its original condition and in the jewelry gift box it was shipped in. For non-personalized items, the refund will be for the purchased price. Personalized items will be refunded the purchase price minus a 25% personalization fee (please note that most Etsy sellers and retailers will NOT refund personalized items due to the inability to resell the item without alterations). Exception: Items personalized with a name or word that is not shown in the listing are not eligible for returns. I'm sorry, but shipping fees and rush fees will not be refunded.
