IMPORTANT INFORMATION
◈ Our necklaces are always either 925 Sterling Silver or 18K Gold Plated Chains however the base metal for these chains is an alloy and will tarnish eventually. They may also cause a reaction in people that are sensitive to metal and therefore our jewellery is not recommended for people with skin sensitivity. The small metal connectors that connect your crystal pendant to the chain are also a silver plated/ an alloy so please be careful. Try not to get them wet/wear perfume with your piece, as it will wear them down sooner.
◈ As our crystals are completely unique, sizes/colours/styles will vary slightly with each order. All crystals naturally have their own variation in colour and size. For example, a Rose Quartz piece may be either very dark pink or very pale pink - this does not affect the power of the crystal. The photographs are for illustration purposes only.

◈ Please ensure that you have provided the correct address at checkout - you can check this information by clicking on your order. Orders sent out to an incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund of any kind and if you still require the item, you will have to repurchase.
◈ For anyone ordering to a Business address, please use a tracked service. We do not send parcels to Businesses with standard mail as the orders tend to get lost. This is for both of our security.
◈ The processing time to dispatch your order after purchase is 1-2 business days. This is the time it takes for us to cleanse, charge, pack and send your crystals.
◈ All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail using the delivery service selected at checkout. You will be provided with a tracking code via the dispatch email once sent.
◈ International Orders will be sent via Royal Mail International shipping. The turnaround time for your order will vary slightly depending on your country. European orders tend to take 3-5 working days and the rest of the world 5-7 working days. Orders outside of Europe will have customs clearance which can delay delivery by a few weeks so please allow a month for your order to arrive - International Tracked orders are almost always delivered more quickly than standard as they pass customs clearance easily.

All of life dances with a magnetic pulse and vibration.
