I try my best to list dimensions and sizes for all of my products. Please a take the time to review the dimensions and imagine their size so that you can choose items that are sized for your pet.

Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to consider all custom requests. Generally, it takes a wee bit longer for me to complete a custom order than it does to make a stock item. Please allow additional time if you need something custom.

The health and safety of your pets is my first concern. I do not resell an item once it leaves my shop, in fact, I don't even let items come back in the shop once they leave my care. I believe this is the best way to ensure the health and safety of the animals and to prevent the potential spread of disease. For this reason, all sales are final, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be made. Please be sure and ask all questions prior to purchasing your items. Check measurements and sizing to be sure it will work for your pets. If you have questions or concerns about an order please let me know and I will see if there is anything that can be done while still preserving the safety and health of your pets and mine.

I am so thankful and excited that my toys have become so popular! At the same time this has caused people to have to wait longer for their items. I do make toys and shipments almost daily so if you need your order quickly just drop me a note and I will see what I can do about getting it to you more quickly. If possible I will expedite your order at no additional charge or offer upgraded shipping options.

If I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

We hope that everything has gone smoothly with your order. If not, please contact us via Etsy messages or email us at info@tbbtoys.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please do not leave a negative review before reaching out to us. We do not monitor reviews on a daily basis and we may not see your complaint. The quickest way to get assistance is by contacting us directly. In order to facilitate the best outcome, please save all products and packaging so we can fully investigate what may have gone wrong. We may need pictures or we may ask you to return the products. Good or bad we would love to hear from you.
