Authentic 1980s showstopping fitted sheath dress.
Classic Black 100% semi-sheer silk over polyester lining
Embellished with beautiful shimmery gold & black sequins and black & gold tubular beads in an art deco motif,
Short sleeves with medium padded shoulders for definition.
Scoop neckline, scoop back.
Inner snap tabs to secure your bra straps (rare these days!)
Split skirt at front.
Zipper center back entry with hook at nape.
Falls above knee/ mini.

Very Good vintage condition. There were some loose threads with beads missing. I have tied them off, and I think I have found them all, but I may have missed some. The missing ones are not obvious, due to the pattern of the beading.
Size: Vintage Tag says 4 (USA). Modern size small- closer to a modern size 6. Please see measurements.

Measurements taken lying flat: (fabric has slight 'give')
Padded Shoulder: 17 1/2" seam to seam in front
Bust: 36 1/2" around (with extra bust room)
At natural waist: 30" around
Hip: 38" around
Length: 37" from top of shoulder in back and down (at back)
