Due to the personal nature of handmade soaps, products cannot be returned. If there is an issue please let me know and we'll see what can be arranged to satisfy your needs. I value each customer and will make it right for you.

Because all of my soap is handmade and cut, weights can vary. When placing your order I will weigh each bar and verify weight for shipment. Please a sk any questions or concerns you might have about soap size. Color & scents sometimes vary from batch to batch that is produced. Since all are handmade we cannot guarantee the same color variation everytime.

All the soaps are elegantly packaged, some may be shrink wrapped for added protection. Soaps are labeled with ingredients and information.

My shipping costs are discounted on multiple items in the same order. I will refund extra cost of shipping when having more than 1 item in your order.

Whipped Body Butters
We do not use synthetic stabilizers or waxes. We do not formulate our light and fluffy body butters with loads of beeswax. As a result, our delicate natural products packaged in pvc plastic jars are sensitive to temperature changes.
During very warm weather, products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks, mailboxes or on front porches.
Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products.

Place it in the refrigerator. The melting will not affect the quality of the whipped butter as a great moisturizer, but the whipped consistency will change.
