Although there are many methods you can find on the internet to help measure your rings size, I highly recommend going to a local jeweler or store that sells jewelry and asking someone to measure your ring size for you. Ring sizes come down to the millimeter when measuring so if you do it yourself, and are even a bit off, there is a chance your ring won't fit! Going to get your ring size measured should be super quick, and free. This way we know for sure what ring size you are and you don't have to worry about ordering something that doesn't fit!

All jewelry, except solid gold items, can and will most likely tarnish at some point. To prevent this from happening, or to slow it down, it is best to keep jewelry dry and away from lotions, perfumes, and any other weird chemicals. This is especially the case with brass jewelry. Some jewelry will also react with water that has chemicals in it, like pools or hot tubs. If you store it in a plastic baggie when not being worn, that will help slow tarnishing. You can clean most jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth. You can also use a cleaning solution safe for your jewelry's material (except jewelry with gemstones. It could hurt the stone.) Also be careful with any rings that have gemstones in it when using a cloth. Try to avoid stones.

Just about all items in my shop are made to order. I can get most items out within 3-5 business days, but there are some items that can take longer. Especially solid gold items which usually take a 2-4 weeks. If you have concern about when your item will be able to ship, please message me and I can give you a better idea of when I can ship a certain piece. I do my best to work with customer deadlines and can usually accommodate!

Every countries customs rules and regulations are different. Be sure to look up your countries laws before placing an order to see if you will be responsible for additional taxes and fees from your customs department. My shipping charges do not include any possible fees or taxes that may be owed by you. All of these customs fees and taxes are the buyers responsibility. Any items returned to me because of refusal to pay customs charges will be refunded less a 30% restocking fee. Thanks for understanding!

Be aware when ordering that processing times and shipping times are different. The processing time for an order is how long it will take me to create your item for you. Depending on your order this may take a couple days or a couple weeks. Your shipping time is completely different and has to do with how long it will take for your finished and already mailed package to get to you while in transit. Choosing a faster shipping time doesn't necessarily mean I will be able to create your item faster. If you have any worries about how long it will take for me to process your order, or if you are under any time constraints, please message me and I will see what I can do for you!

I do highly recommend you get your finger measured at a local jeweler before making an order so that your ring can fit perfectly the first time. You can contact me if your ring does not fit and I can see if it can be resized or exchanged for you. Rings that need to be resized as opposed to exchanged (bc no stock is made or available) may be charged a sizing fee. Also, rings with gemstones cannot be resized, contact me to see if an exchange for size is possible, it is not guaranteed. Rings returned for sizing/exchanges must have shipping paid by the buyer in both directions. It is also the buyers responsibility to get their ring safely back in my hands before I am responsible for it again. Tracking and insurance is recommended.

Right now I don't take on many custom, unique projects, but I am willing to tweak a current product by lets say offering a different gemstone, size or material for you. Our Circle Charms that offer initial stampings are considered personalized. I also consider 14k/10k gold items to be considered custom as no stock is kept for these and they are ordered from our suppliers specifically for you and your order. These custom/personalized orders are not returnable, but please message us if it is something that can be fixed.

For safety reasons, we don't recommend our jewelry for any young children, as our work has small items that are considered a choking hazard.
