Lost in the mail packages are issued a full refund. A package can only confirmed as lost from Hellenic Post claim search. The procedure can take up to 60 days after the original shipping date.

Do you offer sandals in wide and narrow widths? Do you offer customized orders?

Yes. Because every pair is handmade from scratch after an order is placed, we can often accommodate width adjustments, fit modifications, color changes, and other custom requests. Please note that custom orders, special requests, width adjustments, fit modifications, and personalized alterations cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

How do international returns work?

We do not provide return shipping labels. For returns from outside the European Union, the package must be clearly marked as a return and not as a new purchase. We strongly recommend declaring the shipment as "Returned Goods" and using a very low declared value in accordance with local postal regulations. The original customs declaration or postal receipt should remain attached to the parcel, or be placed in a clearly visible location, so that Greek customs authorities can identify the shipment as a returned item rather than a new commercial import. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other costs imposed upon arrival in Greece are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund. Pr

There are 2 methods for shipping,standard shipping via Hellenic Post ELTA, with A' Priority Registered Air mail and a Track Number provided. Upgrades are available upon request. SHIPPING TIMES: 3-10 business days to Europe 7-25 business days to U.S-Canada 2-4 weeks to the Rest of world DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING Estimated delivery times via DHL express are 1-4 business days anywhere in the world! (DHL EXPRESS delivers to 240 countries. There are a few remote areas though, that DHL does not deliver. In this case your parcel will be shipped via regular postal service). NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

We use the finest materials from local suppliers. We use only the best quality of cow leather. We prefer leather because it’s strong, long-lasting, but also flexible, allowing the sandal to embrace your foot.

Our sandals are manufactured in the traditional way. The sandal is built up by hand, then the sole is stitched firmly to the shaft. All Kionas Sandals have been made with passion. Our true goal is to create a delicate and durable pair of sandals which will accompany you during your life journey.
No two pairs of Kionas Sandals are exactly alike. Every pair of sandals is treated individually during production, the natural tanning and processing by hand allows for slight variations in the leather. I'm so happy to have found these sandals. This is my favorite style of sandal to wear! The strap over my foot is a little tight but I expect it will stretch with wear. If not, next time I might order a size larger.

Purchased these for my niece and was a little concerned about the leather strap across the top, but they fit her perfectly. I tried them on (don't tell her), and even though we wear the same size, the strap across the top was too tight for me. I think if you have a high instep, you might want to choose another style of shoe. They are more beautiful in person than in the picture and the craftsmanship is incredible. They wanted to build a shoe to last through your travels....they succeeded with this pair, for sure.
