The insert or matte the wooden portion that goes inside the frame. When you are picking the color for the insert or matte, you are selecting the color of the words and openings. The insert or matte is NOT the background.

What size pictures do the School Years Frames hold?

The 11x14 School Years Frames hold wallet size photos for the grades and a 5x7 photo in the middle. Please see a specfic listing for the exact measurments of the openings.

What is the turn around time for my order?

Our turn around time is 3-5 business days. This time may increase to up to two weeks during the months of October-December. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and see if we can rush your order!

Do you offer faster shipping?

At this time, we only offer priority mail shipping via USPS which is 2-3 days.

How do I add a name to my order?

You can include the FIRST name of the child in the Personalization Text Box when ordering. If your name is more than 12 characters or you'd like a middle name, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can make sure we can accommodate your request.

-Included in your purchase of this Graduation Picture Frame is: A solid hardwood picture frame, personalized insert, glass to protect all those school photos, decorative poem sheet, professional framing points, and a high quality backing with horizontal and vertical hangers. We recommend using scotch tape to secure all those great school pictures in place.

-The picture openings hold your wallet size school pictures measuring 2 1/2" x 3 1/2". Our openings are made slightly smaller so the picture doesn't fall out (2 1/4" by 3"). The large opening is for a 5x7 photo and measures 4 1/4" x 6 1/4".

-We personalized the picture frame with any first name (12 Letter Maximum). Please contact us if you need more letters and we will do our best to find a solution.

-Our Traditional Handmade frames come in Unfinished, Oak, White, Stone Gray, Charcoal Gray, Espresso, Navy, Black, Aqua, and Pink. Please contact us with any questions. (Color option are shown in the pictures)

3. Leave name or names you'd like laser cut onto the frames in the "Notes to Seller" when checking out

RUSH ORDERS are available as a separate purchase in our store. This moves the processing time to 1-3 business days. The shipping time is 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
