PRODUCTION TIMELINES:
As all items are made to order, there is a production time for each product.
How long does production take?
I don’t physically print or embroider any of my products myself. There are printers that I send these jobs to that will take anywhere from 2-7 business days for apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, totes, etc.) to complete an order before shipping it out. Around Christmas time they are much busier and it tends to be closer to 5-8 processing days.

Can I speed up the production time?
Unfortunately I cannot promise faster processing times. I can sometimes request that the printers move certain orders up in their queue, but that doesn’t always work. Upgrading to FedEx 2 Day shipping or FedEx overnight shipping is the only way that the printers will automatically move items to the front of the line, but that usually costs around $25-$50.

CUSTOMIZATION
I happily will personalize any items in my store for you! I can add names, tweak designs, change colors, and do plenty of other custom orders at no charge.
Small changes are free, but I’ll have to charge if there are major changes or if you need to print on a part of a shirt that isn’t already printed on, i.e. if there is a design only on the front and you want to add a name to the back.
If you want to order a custom design, feel free to contact me first and we can figure out the best option for you. Please DO NOT just write your custom order in the order comments as that can easily be overlooked.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact me ASAP! After 24 hours the printer will automatically start fulfillment on your order and I don’t have access to putting the brakes on this.

REFUNDS
I will accept returns if there was an issue with the product other than buyer’s remorse. As mentions in the exchanges section, I simply cannot afford this. Any refunds are minus shipping costs.

EXCHANGES
Please, please, please check the size charts in the images to make sure the fit is right for you. I’m a one person VERY small business, so every time I get an exchange I end up having to eat the product which means I’ll have to sell 5 more just to recoup my money. If you definitely need an exchange, contact me and I can offer a one size exchange. The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping prices.

WRONG ADDRESS
If you accidentally put in the wrong address or want to change the address that your item is going, I need to know within 12 hours of ordering. The automated process gets going after that and I cannot stop the train once it has left the station. I am not responsible for items shipped to incorrectly inputted addresses by the customer.

TAXES
Due to a little law called “NEXUS” I am obligated to collect taxes from anywhere that I “have a business footprint.” I live in and run my site from California so I have to charge California sales tax. There is also a printer that fulfills orders in North Carolina, so I have to charge taxes there as well.

FINAL COLORS
Please note that the colors of the items and the printing artwork may look different slightly different from the image you see on your screen. Different computer monitors and phone screens portray colors differently, so the final product may look a little different than what you see on your screen or iPhone.

PERMANENT DESIGNS
The designs on all of my products are permanent. They are not stickers or decals, so you can be assured that they will not crack or peel off.

GIFT WRAPPING
I’m sorry, but gift wrapping is not available at this time. Even if I printed the items at home, I am horrible at wrapping presents so you wouldn’t want it anyway. You are able to provide a message with your apparel orders and the price is never shown to your recipient.
