All jewelry will come in a bag or box. I suggest when not wearing to keep the jewelry stored in this bag to prevent any damage. The chains used are often delicate and care should be taken not to pull hard on them. They are wrapped around paper for shipping, and that is the best way to store them to prevent tangling.

Wholesale availability

I welcome large orders of the same item, and discounted pricing is available for orders of at least 4 of the same items totaling over $100. Please contact me for availability and pricing.

Shipping and Handling

Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Large custom orders may take 2-3 weeks. Orders are shipped via US postal service, and usually take 1-4 days for US delivery, and 1-2 weeks for international destinations. Expedited shipping (Priority and Priority Express) are available for an additional charge. Tracking numbers will be provided for US shipments. International shipments via US first class mail do NOT always provide tracking information. Earrings: These tiger earrings are made with 6 mm tiger eye round beads with brown hues and have beautiful uniform luminescent shine which catches the light as the earrings are rotated. They are flanked by tiny gold daisy and round gold beads, and are suspended from a gold plated lead-safe gold plated brass kidney shaped lever lock earring with leaf decoration. They hang 1.5 inches below the top of the earring.

Necklace: This tiger eye gemstone elephant necklace is fashioned from oval brown tiger eye beads spaced by tiny gold plated beads. The tiger eye elephant pendant features a 26 x 22 mm tiger eye elephant with gold plated enhancement, suspended from the necklace on a gold plated bail. The necklace closes with an easy to use gold plated lobster claw clasp.

It measures 17 inches with a 3 inch extender. A lovely gold plated flower bead finishes the extender.

Tiger Eye is a semi-precious member of the quartz family that displays chatonyancy (a vertical luminescent band), from which the name is derived. The most common tiger eye can be found in brown (most common) red and blue hues, and has alternating yellow and brown bands that move about the surface, catching the light as the stone is rotated. This effect is caused by crocidolite inclusions. It is mined in South Africa, Australia, USA, Canada, India, Namibia and Burma.

Roman soldiers wore tiger eye for protection into battle, as it was thought to be “all seeing.” Today it is known as the “friendship” stone.
