We are currently at a 3 business day production timeline! Each and every item is handmade by our team here in our studio, so please allow 3 business days for your product to be created. Please note any shipping time purchased is completely separate. Choose your delivery speed when checking out which will determine how fast your order will get to you after it is made + sent.

All of our items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Faster shipping is available for purchase if chosen, and we will send over tracking as soon as your package has shipped!

We are happy to accept returns on all regularly priced, non-personalized items. Returns/exchanges must be made within 10 business days of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days for any returns/exchanges to be processed. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Gifted items can be returned in exchange for store credit only. We take great pride in the quality of our products.
