How long is your processing time for your curtain rods?

Because our rods are created just for you soon after you complete your purchase, please allow 10-15 business days for your item to ship, but if you need it sooner, no problem. Please just ask!

Need your order by a certain date?

Please just message me your request, and I'll do my best to ship your order out by the date you ask. If I dont think I can, which is rare, I'll tell you right away so you'll know.

How will my order be shipped and how long will it take to get to me?

We normally use USPS Ground Advantage, which is more economical for large packages such as curtain rods. Ground Advantage has an estimated delivery time of 2-5 days depending on your location. This does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times listed are "close" but not guaranteed as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands such as weather, holidays, etc. For this reason, we are not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted by USPS.

Can I use a different mail courier other than USPS?

Yes, you can choose any courier you'd like, including Fed Ex or UPS. We need to know this before making out your order though.

What if my order does not arrive by the expected date?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please let us know. A number of factors can influence mail speeds :(weather, holidays, etc.) We do ask that you wait an additional 7 days just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days, your order has not arrived, we will look into it with USPS to determine if it is running late or possibly lost. Though delays and lost packages are not common, they do happen occasionally. Although we are not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our hands, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

If it seems that your order has been lost in the mail, we ask that you allow 7 extra days for your order to arrive just in case it has been backed up in a sort facility. If after 7 days, tracking does not update your order or your order does not arrive, we will remake your order for you and have a replacement order out to you right away.

How to track an order?

To track your shipped order, visit the tab labeled "Purchases and Reviews" within your account. Within this tab, you'll find all of your existing orders, as well as your tracking number. Just click the tracking number to find information on your package. Additionally, if you have your tracking number, available, you can "google" it in any search bar to see your tracking. One last way to view your tracking on a package is to click HERE: https://www.etsy.com'your/purchsases?ref=hdr_user_menu

How do your rods mount in the wall?

My curtain rods, towel rods, tp holders, and shelves come with your choice of two types of mounting brackets. For my customers who are screwing into a stud/wood, your brackets will come with a wood screw installed in it. For my customers who cant screw into a stud and would normally need to purchase some type of wall anchor or molly bolts, we have toggle bolts installed in your brackets.

What if I'm not sure if I'm going to be mounting into a stud or not?

If your not sure, I will be happy to send you both types of mounting screws. I will leave them out the brackets for you so you can put whichever one works for you at the time of installation.

Can I combine shipping if buying more than one item?

If ordering more than one item, you will not be able to combine shipping yourself as Etsy doesn't allow me to due to the many different lengths of rods I ship. But, please ask me and I will be more than happy to make out your order for you so I can combine your shipping and save you money.
