● If you want to have any of our items with changed color, material, or size please, feel free to contact me for a custom order. ● When making an individual order (taking into account the requirements of the buyer) - the return of the product after it is sent is impossible. ● If the buyer wants to cancel the individual order in the manufacturing process - by agreement with us, we make a partial refund of the money (minus the part cost of manufacturing the product).

Sizing details are specified in centimeters and inches for each item in description. Please, be attentive while ordering.

The easiest and safest way to pay for our products through PayPal. If for some reason you do not want to use PayPal, you have to choose another payment method and use one of the 3 options listed below: 1. ● International delivery is a complex system. The parcel leaves the territory of Ukraine in 3-4 days after sending to your country. Sometimes there are delays at customs, in international hubs and airports. Don't worry! Your order will be delivered to you :) ● When the package leaves Ukraine and is on the way to your country, tracking system doesn't show its location. It doesn't mean that package got lost, it means package was not scanned in your country yet. Don't worry! Just wait for the information to update. ● Please double check your spelling on order details as We are not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer. ● Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part.

● Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. ● If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. ● When returning we will compensate only the cost of the product without the cost of delivery.

Recommendations of postal companies when receiving a parcel
