I just purchased this file but it's showing my payment hasn't cleared. Why didn't I get a download after purchasing?

Etsy can take up to 5 minutes to process your payment. Once your payment has cleared your download link will be active.

Custom and personalized orders

I do accept some custom work. Please contact me with a design in mind and I will let you know if I can assist you.

I downloaded my files, but they still won't open. What can I do?

You will be sent a how-to file. Open this file and it will give you detailed instructions on how to open your files. If you still have trouble opening your files, please contact me. Thank you.

Are your designs available for commercial use?

Yes, all of my designs come with a commercial license for small business use for up to $500 in revenue. If you exceed this dollar amount, you will need to purchase an extended commercial license. Please refer to my shop announcements or the usage section under each file for the Terms of use. All businesses using my designs for profit will need to give proper recognition to Scarlett Rose designs.
