Thanks for your interest in Embellished Paperie. My name is Tiffany and I look forward to working with you. All designs in my collection can be customized to coordinate with your event. I offer a wide variety of paper, card stock, ribbon and embellishments. You can choose your own wording and font. If you don't see an invitation design the represents your vision or would like to combine elements to create a unique invitation set... Please contact me and I would be happy to work with you. Please see my Website to view details on my Design Process and Order Procedure: http://www.embellishedpaperie.com/details.html

I recommend purchasing a sample of the invitation design you are interested in before placing an order. This gives you an opportunity to see the quality of the product in person. Samples are not customized, you will receive the invitation as pictured. Sample swatches of cardstock, ribbon etc. are also available. Contact me by email or go to my Online store linked to my website to purchase. To view details regarding my Policies can be viewed on my website: http://www.embellishedpaperie.com/policies.html

Samples ship via USPS Priority mail which takes 2-3 days. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Once items have been accepted by USPS for delivery, I am not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected or undelivered items. It is your responsibility to request insurance. *Signature confirmation is available for an additional $2.00 per package. International orders are shipped USPS, which can take 6-10 days or longer depending on customs. We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs. Some countries charge additional tax and duties. As the buyer, you are responsible for these additional fees. ** Unless specified, I always ship to the Etsy address listed on the transaction receipt.

Due to the fact that all orders are customized and personalized, returns will not be allowed. Once your order is approved for print, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that all data contained within the printed materials is correct. The 50% deposit is nonrefundable, this initial payment is used to purchase supplies for your custom order and reserve time in my production schedule. Please if you have concerns with your order or are unhappy...contact me. Customer service is important to me.

From the time you place your order to the time you have your invitations in hand is usually about 4-6 weeks. Since you will want to mail your invitations 6-8 weeks prior to your event, I suggest ordering your invitations approximately 4 months before your wedding date.

Digital Proof Process

Once payment is received, I will send digital proofs as a PDF for your review. Two complimentary revisions are included, each additional revision will incur a $25.00 fee. Please send changes in one email, in a list format I do NOT proof read. This is solely your responsibility. I can't stress enough how important it is for you to carefully review the digital proof for accuracy before approving. Embellished Paperie is not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, and/or mistakes overlooked by the client during the proofing process. Once approval is given, Embellished Paperie waives responsibility for any errors. If you should choose to reprint after final approval is given, you will be responsible for all costs of production.

Mailing your Invitations

I suggest taking one completely assembled invitation set to your local post office, where they will weigh the envelope and let you know what postage will cost. Please don't assume, a lot of time and cost goes into your lovely invitations and you want them to arrive on time and as you intend. While you're at the post office, ask if they will hand cancel your invitations. Hand canceling is the process by which the mailing is processed by hand, avoiding potential damage by bypassing the large processing machines the post office uses. The process also ensures your embellished invitations don't get caught, torn, or misshapen by the machines. Hand canceling may cost an additional fee, just depends on your local post office.
