How do I open the zipped folder?

Most computers have built in software that will decompress/open zipped folders. To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, right-click the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. For Mac users, double-click on the zip file and it will extract to a new folder.

I can't find the SVG file, is it missing?

SVG files sometimes get displayed as other file formats depending on your computer settings. They may be displayed as Google Chrome or Explorer documents. Don't let this throw you off. Please look for file name that starts with "SVG".

Custom and personalized orders

We don't take custom orders. We can't modify our designs for you.

Are your designs layered?

Our multi color designs are layered for easy separation. Please ungroup them before you work with them. Our black/single color designs are not layered but most of them can be ungrouped.

Design Space freezes or I get an error message that the design is too large - what should I do?

Some designs may take very long to load and to work with due to many pieces. I recommend uploading the png file using the "moderately complex" option and saving it as a "Cut image". This will load the design as one piece and will speed up working with the file tremendously.

The SVG works with Cricut, Silhouette Cameo (Designer Edition), Scan N Cut, and Glowforge. The png and jpeg can be printed on a home printer or sublimation printer. If you work with the Silhouette Studio Basic Software you can’t open SVG files. You can open the dxf but it won’t open in color. Only the cutlines will be visible.

The files are available immediately for download after purchase. No physical item will be shipped.
After purchasing a digital file, you will get an email from Etsy with the download link.
You can also access your digital files on your Etsy account. Go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. For more information on how to download your files please see https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949

Chameleon Cuttables designs can be used with

Please make sure your machine/software can work with one of the provided file formats before purchasing.

The files are combined in a zipped folder. The files need to be extracted after download.

Please note: Depending on your computer settings SVG files may get displayed as Google Chrome files, Internet Explorer files, or other unconventional file types. Don’t let this throw you off. For easy identification the SVG files start and end with the letters “SVG”.

Multi color SVGs are layered and can be separated. Please ungroup them to separate the layers.
Black/single color designs are not layered but many of them can be partially ungrouped.
Monogram frame designs do not include a monogram font unless otherwise stated. Designs that show a family name or first name do not include that name/font.
Text can’t be edited.
