What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly refund it, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be in its original, condition in order to be refunded. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Therefore, send the item back using the most economical trackable shipping method (regular Postal service), not courier service.

What kind of shipping methods you are using?

There are 2 methods for shipping. PROVIDE FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING VIA UPS, FedEx, TNT SHIPPING TIMES: Estimated delivery times via EXPRESS are 1-10 business days anywhere in the world! UPS, FedEx, TNT, EXPRESS delivers to 240 countries. There are a few remote areas though, that UPS, FedEx and TNT does not deliver. In this case if no one of these companies can deliver your parcel will be shipped via CYPRUS POST. EVERY PARCEL HAS TRACKING NUMBER CYPRUS POST OFFICE DELIVERY SHIPPING TIMES: 5-10 business days to Europe 10-15 business days to U.S-Canada 10-15 business days to the Rest of world NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I live in USA, do I have to pay customs duties?

Usually United States customs duty and taxes are not charged if the total amount of your purchase is up to USD 800,00 anyway you can easily check with your customs office of your coutry.

How can I track my package?

You can click on the tracking number in your order to see where your package is in that moment. For each order shipped I always add the tracking number to the shipping details.

The tracking number is always available?

Yes, with the EXPRESS SHIPPING -UPS, FedEx, TNT- the tracking number is available anywhere. With the Cyprus Post office offers tracking information about my priority registered mail in any countries (US, Europe, Asia, Singapore,...) except for Australia, New Zealand and Canada where it is always possible to see only the proof of departure and delivery.
